Description du Poste
Dans le cadre d’un projet ambitieux visant à développer des ingrédients lactés « sans vache », le DTU National Food Institute recherche un *project manager* dynamique. La mission essentielle consiste à répondre à la demande croissante de protéines, que la population mondiale devrait doubler dans les 25 prochaines années, tout en surmontant l’urgence écologique actuelle.
Objectif : Développer des protéines de lait via la fermentation de précision pour offrir une alternative durable et fonctionnelle aux protéines laitières traditionnelles.
Responsabilités Principales
Le rôle du *project manager* implique une gestion rigoureuse des activités du projet. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Coordination des tâches administratives et logistiques : Organisation de réunions, ateliers et visites d’échange.
- Gestion de la qualité du projet : Rédaction de rapports et suivi des livrables et jalons.
- Communication : Interaction avec les parties prenantes via des bulletins d’information et présentations.
- Suivi des progrès : Analyse des risques et rapports financiers aux partenaires ainsi qu’à la Fondation Novo Nordisk.
- Personnel : Implication dans la gestion des ressources humaines liées au projet.
Exigences du Poste
Le candidat idéal devra démontrer :
- Une expérience en gestion de projet, y compris l’organisation de réunions et de déplacements.
- Une certification en gestion de projet.
- Des compétences solides en communication orale et écrite.
- Une connaissance dans le domaine des sciences naturelles.
- La capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à planifier des tâches complexes.
- Un esprit collaboratif pour interagir dans un environnement international et multidisciplinaire.
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau C1) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Conditions de Travail
Le poste est un contrat de travail à temps plein, avec une durée déterminée jusqu’au 31 décembre 2029. La date de début est fixée au 1er septembre 2025, ou selon accord mutuel. La rémunération est conforme à l’accord collectif avec la Confédération Danoise des Associations Professionnelles.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: TAPJob Description:Do you want to make a difference for future sustainable food production by contributing to an international project on developing “cow-free” milk ingredients? Within the next 25 years the world’s population will need up to twice the amount of protein compared to today. Topped by the climate crisis, we need to find new solutions for producing food, and that’s where you enter the scene. Together with a team of international top scientists you will contribute to developing the genuine milk proteins produced without the cow and carrying the right decorations. We aim to obtain the same functionality and nutritional value as natural milk proteins but produced by precision fermentation and thus in a more sustainable manner.The DTU National Food Institute is looking for an ambitious project manager, preferably with a background in natural science, e.g., microbiology, molecular biology, or fermentation processes, to manage activities within ‘The Casein Mission’. The project runs for 4.5 years from July 2025 and is part of a larger initiative supported by a grant from the Novo Nordisk foundation with focus on precision fermentation and engineering of cell factories to produce milk proteins with the right post translational modifications. The DTU National Food Institute coordinates this project with partners from DTU, AU and two international partners based in other European countries.The job
A vital part of the job is managing the project and keeping track of deliverables and milestones Specifically, the responsibilities will include organizing activities, travel, and meetings, and supporting the partner teams and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and risks, and for reporting progress, including financial status, to partners, the Novo Nordisk Foundation, and other stakeholders.The financial tasks will be supported by DTUs financial department.Primary areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate administrative and logistics tasks
- Organize meetings, workshops, training courses, and exchange visits
- Manage project quality, including writing reports
- Communicate with stakeholders, e.g. through newsletters and presentations
- Keep track of deliverables and milestones, including dissemination of results and other project output
- Ensure adherence to the planned timeframe / schedule
- Act as the liaison between the partner institutes, the Novo Nordisk Foundation, and other stakeholders
- Be part of management of the personnel involved in the project
- Engage with the financial management of the project

- Experience with project management, including organising meetings and travel
- A project management certification
- Strong skills in both oral and written reporting
- Knowledge within the area of natural science

- Fluency in English (C1 level), both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills.

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).The position is a full-time position. Starting date is 1 September 2025 (or according to mutual agreement).The position is temporary, as it is a project-based employment under The Casein Mission project, and the employment will end upon completion of the project. The estimated end date is 31-12-2029.
