Dans le cadre de ses initiatives, SAP recherche un Consultant Senior en Processus Métier pour renforcer sa pratique dans les Services Publics au sein de la division des Services d’Adoption. Le consultant jouera un rôle clé en interagissant avec des clients stratégiques dans les secteurs de la défense et de la sécurité.
Objectifs et Missions
Le consultant sera chargé d’offrir un soutien spécialisé dans les projets liés à la transformation des entreprises en intégrant des solutions innovantes et des meilleures pratiques. Les principales missions incluent :
- Consultation spécifique aux applications : accompagnement, élaboration de plans d’affaires, conception et test de solutions, formation des utilisateurs clés, et soutien post-démarrage.
- Gestion de projets escaladés : soutien aux activités internes et aux études de faisabilité.
- Préparation aux ventes : démonstration des fonctionnalités de SAP dans des contextes clients spécifiques.
- Responsabilité de l’équipe : possibilité d’assumer un rôle de leader pour des flux de travail sur certains projets.
Exigences et Compétences
Le candidat idéal devra justifier d’une expérience significative dans le domaine des processus métiers, avec un minimum de 7 ans dans des fonctions similaires. Les qualifications requises comprennent :
- Connaissance des solutions SAP : spécifiquement dans les domaines de la défense et de la sécurité, ou dans les solutions logistiques.
- Compréhension des processus métiers : une expérience dans les organisations de défense est un avantage.
- Compétences analytiques : excellentes capacités d’analyse et de communication en anglais.
- Flexibilité et intégrité : le candidat doit faire preuve d’une forte autonomie et d’un engagement envers l’excellence.
- Compétences en gestion de projet : être un joueur d’équipe capable de travailler avec des collègues de divers niveaux et cultures.
- Capacité d’adaptation : désir de se conformer aux exigences de sécurité et de se former sur de nouvelles solutions.

This global unit of ~11,000 highly qualified professionals deliver business value to SAP customers and the entire SAP ecosystem by fueling the engine of innovation with industry content, automation, and cutting-edge technology.The “Public Services Global Practice » is part of the Adoption Services Center and is is a dedicated team with the mission to deploy innovative and potentially breakthrough software solutions for high value, strategic customers in the areas of Public Sector and Defense. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with our customers and partners. This position is focused on our solutions for Defense & Security customers.Key activities for the role:
- Application-specific solution consulting: advisory, business blueprint, solution design, build and test, key user training, go live support, post go live support, configuration execution, development specification creation
- Support on escalated projects
- Feasibility studies, solution reviews
- Support on pre-sales activities, showcasing of SAP functionalities in specific client contexts
- Support on internal activities: creation of pre-engineered services, give internal trainings / webinars, etc.
- Occasionally taking responsibility of workstream / team lead role on a project
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 7+ year working experience as a business process consultant or solution architect
- Good Knowledge of SAP Defense & Security solution. Alternatively SAP Logistic solutions (Supply Chain or Plant Maintenance) + understanding of Organization Management
- Understanding of the specific business processes of a Defense & Security organization (Armed/police Forces, Ministry/Department of Defense, etc.) is a strong plus
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language, other languages are a plus
- Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
- High ambition, autonomous, result driven and with focus on execution and results
- Ability to multi-task and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environments
- Project / product management skills
- Strong team player with the mind-set to work in a high-impact team
- Ability to work with colleagues on all levels of the organization and from different teams/locations/cultures
- Agility, proactiveness, ability to ramp-up quickly on new solutions
- Willingness to receive Security Clearance
- Basic knowledge of programming is a plus
