Le poste de Manager de la Gestion de Projet AIT est une occasion unique de diriger une équipe dynamique de gestionnaires de projet spécialisés dans l’automatisation et l’IT. Ce rôle est intégré dans un portefeuille de projets ambitieux pour Novo Nordisk, visant à établir des infrastructures de pointe dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Manager, vous serez responsable des actions suivantes :
- Évaluation des Compétences : S’assurer que l’équipe dispose des compétences et ressources nécessaires en alignement avec la stratégie de croissance.
- Leadership : Promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et motivant, en quoi le retour constructif et la rétroaction jouent un rôle crucial.
- Gestion des Projets : Surveiller les plans de projets et garantir le respect des délais.
- Agilité : Participer à des projets plus petits comme gestionnaire de projet si nécessaire.
- Amélioration Continue : Veiller à l’adhésion et à l’amélioration des processus de gestion de projet au sein de l’AIT.

Qualifications Technique :
- Niveau Éducatif : Un diplôme de bachelor ou une expérience technique similaire.
- Expérience Managériale : Au moins 4 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe dans le domaine de la gestion de projet.
- Connaissances Sectorielles : Une expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique est préférée.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du danois, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

As a Manager of AIT Project Management, you’ll:
- Continuously ensure the team has the right mix of skills and resources aligned with our growth strategy and project pipeline.

- Drive department initiatives and ensure employee objectives are met.
- Oversee project plans and ensure timely delivery within agreed schedules.
- Occasionally take on smaller assignments as a Project Manager when needed.

- A bachelor’s degree or a similar relevant technical background.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a people manager of a Project Management team or technical specialists.
- A solid background as a Project Manager.
- Preferably, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in both English and Danish, written and spoken.
