Impact et Responsabilités
En tant que Test Manager, vous serez chargé de :
- Définir les activités de test basées sur une approche axée sur les risques.
- Développer des plans de qualité garantissant une approche de test appropriée.
- Gérer et mener les tests de manière professionnelle à chaque phase.
- Communiquer l’état des tests et des risques à divers acteurs.
- Assurer le respect des normes de test tout en contribuant au développement des processus opérationnels.
- Agir comme un pont entre le langage commercial et celui de l’IT.
- Contribuer au Centre d’Excellence des Tests en faisant preuve de curiosité et d’orientation vers les solutions.
Profil Recherché
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie logicielle, ou domaine similaire, axé sur les tests logiciels et l’assurance qualité.
- Une expérience démontrée en tant que Test Manager ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Une compréhension solide des processus d’assurance qualité et des meilleures pratiques.
- Une expérience préalable avec la méthodologie agile et une flexibilité dans l’application des méthodes de test.
- Des certifications telles qu’ISTQB et/ou TMap, ainsi qu’une certification PMP, sont souhaitables.
- Une familiarité avec des outils comme JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins, Git ou Docker.
- Un niveau élevé en anglais écrit et parlé, la maîtrise du danois étant un atout.

As an experienced Test Manager, you’ll work closely with project teams across Arla’s Release Trains (ARTs) and in cross-functional Scrum teams where business needs and IT solutions come together to create real value. Your sharp eye for improvements and practical approach to streamlining processes will help drive better project results. With strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, you’ll identify potential issues early, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality testing throughout.Your primary tasks will be:
- Scope testing activities using a risk-based approach
- Develop quality plans that ensure the correct test approach based on risk analysis
- Manage and drive testing professionally and efficiently through all phases
- Communicate test status and risks to a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to testing standards while actively contributing to the development of both the testing framework and operational processes.
- Translate business language into IT language and vice versa, acting as a bridge and a quality advocate
- Support and contribute to the Test Center of Excellence by being inquisitive, reflective, and solution-oriented
What will make you successfulTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you can tick off the following boxes:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or a similar role, leading and managing testing activities within complex projects
- Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices, such as defect management, test case management, and test coverage analysis
- Prior experience with the agile culture and mindset, demonstrating strong knowledge of various software testing methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to tailor them to project requirements.
- Ideally, you also possess the following certifications: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and/or TMap (Test Management Association for Professionals) along with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used in software testing, such as JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins, Git, or Docker
- Given our global operations, a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, while Danish is an advantage.
