Responsabilités clés
Le candidat retenu aura pour responsabilités :
- Diriger et développer une équipe performante composée de six experts en ESG.
- Créer des stratégies ESG transversales qui intègrent la durabilité dans les décisions commerciales critiques.
- Assurer l’alignement des parties prenantes par une communication efficace et une collaboration étroite.
- Superviser les prévisions et les rapports ESG, tout en mettant en œuvre des pratiques exemplaires en matière de gestion des données ESG.
En tant qu’expert en données et stratégie ESG, vous fournirez des analyses approfondies et des feuilles de route opérationnelles pour faire avancer le leadership en matière de durabilité de Novo Nordisk.
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un leader motivé, possédant une solide expérience en durabilité, en analyse de données et en gestion d’équipe. Le candidat idéal devra démontrer :
- Un diplôme de Master dans un domaine pertinent (comme les affaires, la science des données, l’économie ou l’ingénierie) avec une expérience avérée en leadership.
- Une expertise en analyse de données de durabilité, en prévisions et en définition d’objectifs, de préférence acquise dans des cabinets de conseil stratégiques ou au sein de grandes entreprises.
- Des compétences solides en gestion de projet, particulièrement dans des initiatives ESG ou de durabilité transversales.
- Des capacités exceptionnelles en communication et en engagement des parties prenantes.
- Une approche innovante et axée sur les détails, avec un esprit de résolution de problèmes.
- Une expérience avec des outils analytiques tels qu’Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, ou SQL serait un atout.

Le département ESG Data & Strategy œuvre à l’avancement de la durabilité au sein de Novo Nordisk. Composé de six collègues aux compétences variées, le groupe se concentre sur l’intégration des données et la prise de décision éclairée dans une multitude de projets stratégiques.

- Create and drive cross-functional ESG strategies that integrate sustainability into critical business decisions and ensure operational excellence
- Ensure stakeholder alignment by focusing on communication, buy-in, and collaboration within and outside the team
- Oversee ESG forecasting and reporting while developing and implementing best practices in ESG data management and quality to deliver ambitious but achievable sustainability targets
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for driving change management in the organisation, ensuring support for ESG initiatives, and collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the organisation’s go-to expert for ESG data and strategy, you will provide analytical insights and operational roadmaps to advance the company’s sustainability leadership.Candidate profileWe are seeking a driven leader with a strong background in sustainability, analytics, and people management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique ability to harness ESG data and transform it into actionable insights that drive organisational progress.To be successful in this position, we imagine you meet most of the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, data science, economics or engineering) paired with proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team while driving accountability and high performance
- Expertise in sustainability data analysis, forecasting, and target-setting, with experience transforming metrics into impactful business insights, ideally gained from leading strategy consultancies or within large corporate organisations
- Strategic project management skills, particularly in cross-functional ESG or sustainability initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage alignment across diverse priorities and teams
- A detail-oriented, innovative mindset that thrives on problem-solving and driving meaningful change
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SQL or similar would be an advantage
