As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.Requirements:C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)- written and spoken levelsExcellent attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.Willingness to work on rotating shifts. * Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
