Description du Poste
Le poste de Data Analyst dans le département IT se concentre sur la Distribution et Data de BPCE-SI. Le candidat retenu interagira avec divers départements pour rassembler des données, analyser des tendances et fournir des insights exploitables en faveur des objectifs d’affaires.
Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion des Données : Collecter et nettoyer les données provenant de diverses sources, comme des bases de données et des API externes.
- Analyse de Données : Identifier des motifs et corrélations dans des ensembles de données volumineux à l’aide de techniques statistiques.
- Reporting : Créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord compréhensibles pour les parties prenantes.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des équipes interdisciplinaires pour comprendre leurs besoins en données.
- Insights Commercials : Formuler des recommandations basées sur l’analyse pour guider les stratégies commerciales.
- Amélioration Continue : Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques en analyse de données.
Qualifications
Le candidat idéal doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Baccalauréat en Data Science, Informatique, Mathématiques ou un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée en tant que Data Analyst.
- Compétences en outils d’analyse de données comme SQL et en visualisation de données (ex. Power BI).
- Solides compétences analytiques et attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, capable d’expliquer des concepts complexes aux parties prenantes non techniques.
- Maîtrise du français, niveau C1 minimum.

A strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization is required. Work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather and clean data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Data Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Reporting:
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate complex data in an understandable format.Collaboration:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL,

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus.
