Le Poste
Le rôle de Data Engineer Manager, nouvellement créé, est au cœur des innovations de l’entreprise. Ce poste est axé sur la gestion d’une équipe interfonctionnelle dédiée à la création d’architectures axées sur les données au sein des applications de CreditorWatch. Le titulaire de ce rôle établira des meilleures pratiques pour les fonctions d’ingénierie des données tout en supervisant les actifs commerciaux de données.
Responsabilités Principales
- Conception et mise en œuvre de pipelines de données et de modèles pour appuyer les applications destinées aux clients.
- Livraison des données vers les applications produit par le biais d’API, de fichiers et de tables, tout en se concentrant sur la performance et l’évolutivité.
- Sourcing et ingestion des données à partir d’applications internes et externes.
- Mise en œuvre des technologies de données et gouvernance des données commerciales.
- Création et maintenance d’architectures d’apprentissage automatique pour les data scientists.
- Promotion de l’excellence technique et de l’innovation dans le domaine des données.
Compétences et Expertise Requises
Techniques :
- Modélisation des données, conception de schémas et technologies de stockage des données.
- Intégration des données et utilisation des lacs de données.

- Design and implement data pipelines and models to support customer-facing applications and rapid product iteration.
- Deliver data to product applications via API, files and tables with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Source and ingest data from internal and external applications via database transfer, API, and other mechanisms.
- Implement data technology, governance, and stewardship of our Commercial Data.
- Build and maintain ML architectures and technology for Data Scientists that support both batch and real-time inference.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation within the data domain.
What you as the Lead will be responsible for:
- Provide technical leadership to ensure the team delivers on its purpose and impact.
- Develop and grow the individuals within the team and their careers.
- Architect and oversee software and data architectures that align with product needs and technology strategy.
- Establish data modelling standards and best practices for consistency and quality.
- Set direction for data processing frameworks, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with software engineering leads on API strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
- Define data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive database performance optimisation and caching strategies.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Lead the team in agile development processes.
- Communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and develop implementation roadmaps.
