Target Bill Rate: CL9–CL8 rangeJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to support data architecture and modeling initiatives across enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data modeling, cloud technologies, and data warehousing, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure data integrity, usability, and quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ tools and techniques to analyze how data should be collected, updated, stored, and exchanged.
  • Define and apply data modeling and design standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Design, review, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Perform data analysis to capture data requirements and represent them in visual data models.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data models from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to translate logical models into optimized physical data models.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for business improvement.
  • Work with ETL developers to ensure business data rules are implemented accurately.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in data modeling using tools like Erwin Data Modeler.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as BigQuery and Dataflow.
  • Familiarity with Data Lake architecture and related technologies (object storage, unstructured data).
  • Strong experience in database querying using SQL.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience with Big Data processing using tools like Hadoop and Spark.
  • Excellent communication, issue management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in full stack cloud resource management.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder communication across time zones.

Other Details:

  • Location: UT3 23/F (for hybrid schedule)
  • Onsite Requirement: 2–3 days per week
  • Shift: Mid to night shift (due to client calls/coordination)
