Description du Poste

Titre du poste : Data Privacy Specialist
Ce rôle clé au sein de l’équipe de Data Information Security à Wealth Management Americas requiert un spécialiste passionné par la gestion et l’analyse des données. L’objectif principal de ce poste est de garantir la sécurité des données clients tout en respectant les règlementations en matière de confidentialité.

Responsabilités Principales

Les missions s’articulent autour des axes suivants :

• Analyse des incidents liés à des données clients potentiellement exposées à des tiers non autorisés.
• Escalade des violations de données via le Data Breach Handling Tool et collaboration avec les parties concernées pour documenter les détails des incidents.
• Évaluation de l’exposition à la lumière des politiques existantes afin de déterminer la gravité des incidents.
• Coordination avec les bureaux juridiques et de protection des données pour respecter les obligations de notification envers les clients et les organismes régulateurs.
• Formulation de recommandations pour améliorer la sensibilisation des employés autour des menaces telles que le phishing et l’identité volée.

Compétences et Qualifications

Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :

• Baccalauréat ou diplôme équivalent dans un domaine lié aux affaires ou à la technologie.
• Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en tant qu’analyste de données dans le secteur des services financiers.
• Connaissances en matière de sécurité de l’information et de confidentialité des clients, ainsi qu’une maîtrise des systèmes et méthodes de prévention des pertes de données.
• Maîtrise des outils Excel et PowerPoint, ainsi que l’expérience dans l’utilisation et la gestion de sites SharePoint.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Conditions de Travail

Le Data Privacy Specialist travaillera de 12h00 à 20h00, du lundi au vendredi, dans un environnement qui favorise la flexibilité grâce à diverses options de travail, y compris à temps partiel et en mode hybride. We’re looking for an individual with passion for data to support the Data Information Security team at Wealth Management Americas.This role is responsible for executing day to day tasks supporting access management and cyber security controls (according to America’s time zone). Responsibilities include reviewing and assessing exceptions and risks for requests across multiple domains: Internet, Client Data, Critical and Sensitive business applications.
This role requires experience in analyzing data and the ability to create and maintain metrics, as well as an interaction with individuals, within Business & Technology, at multiple levels of the organization.You will:

• work with WMA staff to research incidents of potential Client Identifying Data exposure to unauthorized persons,
• escalate data breaches into Data Breach Handling Tool and work with violators to populate incident details in tool,
• review client data elements exposed and scope of exposure vs. policy to assess incident severity,
• work with Data Protection Legal and the Data Protection Office to determine client and regulatory notification requirements in accordance with state and federal guidelines,
• coordinate response with Central Information Security Office, Data Protection Legal and Data Protection Office to ensure data breaches are process within SLA,
• support Data Protection Office for required client breach notifications,
• work with outside legal counsel to evaluate and document client complaints against US Privacy regulations,
• education of field / clients of recommended steps safeguards in response to reports of suspected identity theft, update ID theft logs as appropriate,
• review employee reported phishing attempts, provide guidance to employee on same, update ID theft logs as appropriate,
• respond to field inquiries regarding data privacy and data loss prevention,
• work from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday.

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou’ll be working as part of the Chief Information Security Office at Wealth Management Americas. Our mission is to enable better business intelligence and decisions through data that is accessible, trusted and understood.Your expertise

• Bachelors or Associate degree in a Business or Technology related field,
• 4+ plus years data analyst for Financial Services organization,
• experience in Information Security and/ or client privacy preferred,
• knowledge of Data Loss Prevention systems and methods,
• proficient in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc) & PowerPoint. Experience using and maintaining SharePoint sites,
• strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), fluency in English,
• knowledge of industry standard methodologies and tools,
• experience with Symantec will be considered as an asset,
• basic IT Knowledge preferrable,
• availability to work from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday,
• high degree of diligence – attention to detail and ability to follow through / follow-up is critical,
• self-starter who is also a team player. Exceptional ability to collaborate and openly communicate,
• demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently,
