Mission principale
La mission d’un Data Scientist chez HPE comprend la construction de solutions techniques innovantes et robustes pour des applications critiques. Le candidat devra adopter une approche analytique afin de décomposer des données complexes et concevoir des solutions cloud efficaces. En collaboration avec des chefs de projet et des partenaires de développement, l’objectif est d’assurer une livraison fluide des services dans le cadre des engagements cloud d’HPE.
Responsabilités clés
- Identifier et formaliser les *problèmes d’apprentissage automatique* en collaboration avec des experts du domaine.
- Découvrir de nouvelles signatures de problèmes dans les réseaux clients.
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et valider des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique sur de grands volumes de données.
- Superviser le déploiement des solutions de *machine learning* et surveiller leur fonctionnement.
- Analyser les spécifications fonctionnelles, effectuer des activités de codage, de test et d’intégration.
- Développer et exécuter des plans de test complets, en conformité avec les exigences de sécurité.
- Déployer des systèmes et des applications basés sur le cloud en utilisant des pipelines CI/CD.
Qualifications requises
Éducation et expérience :
- Licence en informatique, ingénierie ou discipline quantitative connexe. Un master est souhaitable.
- Expérience professionnelle de 4 à 7 ans dans des domaines pertinents.
Savoir-faire :
- Maîtrise des techniques statistiques et d’apprentissage automatique.
- Compétences solides en communication et en visualisation de données.
- Excellence en programmation Python, particulièrement avec PySpark et Scikit-learn.
- Expérience pertinente en data science et apprentissage automatique.
- Connaissance des algorithmes d’apprentissage en ligne et des réseaux sans fil et filaires.

Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities:
- Work with domain experts to identify and formalize machine learning problems for wireless and wired network diagnostics, root causing, problem remediation, and optimization
- Discover new problem signatures in customer networks
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning algorithms on big data
- Guide and oversee deployment of implemented machine learning solutions and monitor their operation
- Use Agentic AI to solve networking problems
- Analyses the feature specifications and determines the required coding, testing, and integration activities.
- Designs and develops moderate to complex cloud application modules per feature specifications adhering to security policies.
- Identifies debugs and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
- Develops and executes comprehensive test plans for features adhering to performance, scale, usability, and security requirements.
- Deploy cloud-based systems and applications code using continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate cloud applications’ management, scaling, and deployment.
- Contributes towards innovation and integration of new technologies into projects.
- Analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or closely related quantitative discipline. Master’s desirable.
- Typically, 4-7 years’ experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong background in statistical and machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, clustering and ranking of events, time series analysis, event stream mining, hypothesis testing, causal inference, deep learning
- Great at communicating concepts and results; strong data visualization skills
- Expert Python coder (PySpark, Scikit-learn); experience with software engineering best practice
- Relevant industry experience in data science, machine learning
- Experience with online learning algorithms, reinforcement learning, semi-supervised learning, or mixed time-series/event streams
- Experience with Agentic AI
- Familiarity with wireless and wired networking protocols
