Cette opportunité s’adresse aux individus désireux de développer leurs compétences en data science au sein d’un environnement collaboratif et d’innovation. Responsabilités clés

En tant que stagiaire Data Scientist, vos missions incluront, mais ne se limiteront pas à :

Implémentation et validation de modèles prédictifs et prescriptifs, en se concentrant sur les techniques de big data et de machine learning.
Développement de programmes pour nettoyer et intégrer des données de manière efficace.
Collaboration en méthode Agile avec d’autres scientifiques et ingénieurs, visant à apporter une rigueur analytique aux défis de prédiction de comportements.
Communication avec des clients internes et externes pour identifier et clarifier les besoins d’affaires.
Évaluation des résultats de modélisation et présentation des résultats à des publics techniques et non techniques.

Compétences requises

Éducation : Niveau minimum requis : aucune ; Niveau préféré : Master.

Compétences techniques et professionnelles requises :

Solides fondamentaux en mathématiques et en informatique (algorithmes).
Maîtrise d’au moins un langage de programmation statistique tel que R ou Python.
Compréhension des compétences en modélisation prédictive/prescriptive.
Capacités techniques et analytiques solides, avec un intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes complexes.

Compétences et expériences souhaitées :

Compétences en communication verbale et écrite, et goût pour le travail en équipe.
Connaissance des méthodologies Design Thinking et Agile.
Compréhension basique des environnements Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Familiarité avec la construction de jeux de données exploitables à partir de sources de données variées.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your role and responsibilitiesAs an entry level Data Scientist at IBM, you will work to solve business problems using leading edge and open-source tools such as Python, R, and TensorFlow, combined with IBM tools and our AI application suites. You will prepare, analyze, and understand data to deliver insight, predict emerging trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. In your role, you may be responsible for:

Implementing and validating predictive and prescriptive models and creating and maintaining statistical models with a focus on big data & incorporating machine learning. techniques in your projects
Writing programs to cleanse and integrate data in an efficient and reusable manner
Working in an Agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other scientists, engineers, consultants and database administrators of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the challenges of predicting behaviors
Communicating with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs and appropriate modelling techniques to provide analytical solutions.
Evaluating modelling results and communicating the results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms)
You’re proficient at least one of the statistical programming language such as R, Python, Scala or SAS, SPSS, Matlab.
You have a basic understanding of experience with predictive/prescriptive modeling skills
You have strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth, and some experience with programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python.
You’re great at solving problems by looking at things differently, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues.

Preferred technical and professional experience

You thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking and Agile Development Methodologies
You have a basic understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc)
Familiarity constructing usable data sets from multiple structured and unstructured data sources
