Objectif du Poste
La fonction de Data Scientist vise à résoudre des problèmes complexes au sein de l’équipe d’Analytique d’Entreprise. Ce poste unique permet d’explorer plusieurs domaines de la science des données, notamment les modèles de langage de grande taille (LLMs), dans un environnement semblable à une startup au sein d’une société Fortune 50.
Responsabilités Clés
– Collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de Data Scientists, Ingénieurs Machine Learning, Data Engineers et Développeurs de logiciels.
– Intégrer les technologies et algorithmes émergents dans des composants réutilisables.
– Développer, tester et déployer des modèles de Machine Learning pour générer de la valeur commerciale.
– Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes pour identifier des défis et des opportunités.
– Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en science des données et en ingénierie logicielle.
– Favoriser l’amélioration continue dans la livraison de logiciels.
Qualifications Requises
– Résidence à Porto Rico obligatoire.
– Diplôme de Bachelor en domaine connexe avec 5 ans d’expérience pertinente ou un diplôme avancé avec 3 ans d’expérience.
– La citoyenneté américaine est requise.
– Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en statistiques, analytique, science des données ou machine learning.
– Compétence en rédaction de code de production (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
– Maîtrise des pipelines de données : ETL, ingénierie des caractéristiques, réduction de dimensionnalité, déploiement de modèles.
– Capacité à collaborer efficacement à travers plusieurs disciplines.
Qualifications Préférées
– Connaissances sur les Graph Neural Networks.
– Compétences en collaboration dans des environnements hybrides ou à distance.
– Excellentes compétences d’organisation, de présentation et de communication.
– Flexibilité pour s’adapter à des modèles d’organisation et d’équipe en évolution rapide.
