Description du poste : The Role You combine learnings about our business domain, users, and data to turn those into innovative visualizations. Ability to make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable, then deliver the data in a useful and appealing way to users. Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of information and data to see the big picture Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and number crunching Ability to look at numbers, trends, and data as a data scientist and come to new conclusions based on findings Develop expertise in business operations and how data supports those operations to provide the most effective business intelligence solutions possible Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools, and dashboards that, in turn, deliver actionable data to end users Develop an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses of data Effectively communicates findings through empathetic and thoughtful analysis Establishes and fosters relationships with stakeholders to ensure success. Strong understanding of how users interact with data, interaction design principles, and use of typography, color, and layouts, with a great eye for detail. Provide support as required to ensure the availability and optimized performance of developed business intelligence applications and reports Comply with standards, best practices, and policies defined for the team
