Le Deliver Operations Manager est responsable de la gestion continue du flux de produits, de leur point d’origine jusqu’au client final. Ce rôle clé dans l’approvisionnement et la logistique est crucial pour assurer une excellente expérience client, tout en gérant les coûts de transport et d’entreposage conformément aux objectifs budgétaires de Medtronic.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Gestion Logistique : Superviser la performance d’un entrepôt à Séoul et de plusieurs opérateurs logistiques. Gérer un budget d’entreposage d’environ 3 millions USD et un budget de fret dépassant 2 millions USD.
  • Amélioration Continue : Mettre en œuvre des projets d’amélioration continue et de réduction des coûts, tout en respectant les délais et budgets prévus.
  • Gestion d’Équipe : Diriger une équipe de trois employés, assurer leur développement professionnel et veiller à la réalisation des objectifs corporatifs.
  • Relations Partenariales : Établir des relations collaboratives avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires logistiques.
  • Gestion Des Stocks : Analyser et optimiser les pratiques de planification des stocks et de gestion des entrepôts.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Formation : Un baccalauréat est requis, avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente. Un diplôme avancé avec un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience est également acceptable.

Compétences Clés :

  • Solides compétences en communication en anglais.
  • Expérience de 6 ans ou plus dans la gestion logistique, y compris une compréhension des concepts de la chaîne d’approvisionnement de bout en bout.
  • Compétences en négociation et gestion de projet.
  • Compréhension des principes Lean et Six Sigma.

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life The Korea Manager of Deliver Operations (Ops) is responsible for the continuous flow of product from the origin point (supplier, global distribution hub, manufacturer, etc.) through to the end customer for all Medtronic and its legacy businesses. This role is expected to manage freight and warehousing costs in line with Medtronic Annual Operating Plan budgets while maintaining exceptional service levels to the customer. This position is accountable for delivering continuous improvement/cost down projects on schedule and within budget.The role will manage the relationship and performance of 1 warehouse in Seoul and several logistics operators, within a warehouse budget of approximately $3M USD and a freight budget of $2M+ USD.You will work with stakeholders across all operating units in Korea, internally and external stakeholders, as well as with regional / global stakeholders. This role has a strong operational and financial component and manages a direct team of 3 staff and will require working knowledge of SAP. The Deliver Lead is responsible for managing and further developing the relationship with our 3PL, transport partners, commercial & functional leaders, and potentially key customers in Korea.In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategies to support the successful operation of the Deliver function to meet today’s business needs, but also to develop the function to anticipate and exceed future needs of internal and external stakeholders. Functions as an advisor regarding tasks, projects, and operations and becomes actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems.You are expected to manage, motivate and guide their team to ensure they have a clear understanding of goals within the context of the overall corporate and regional objectives. They are responsible for the management of staff including selection, direction setting, and feedback and coaching, performance management, rewards and recognition and development.Finally, the role has the responsibility of ensuring the Company’s agreed quality and compliance standards are maintained with regard to product, procedures, policies, operations & customer contact.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Build, develop and lead the Logistics teamManage talent through effective recruitment and selection, performance coaching, training and development, performance reviewsDevelop direct reports to continuously improve and take on additional responsibilitiesInspire the team and share best practices ensuring successes are leveragedSelects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionFreight ManagementEstablish and maintain a genuinely collaborative, open, supportive and mutually beneficial working relationship with suppliers, and ensure negotiations are held with integrity and consideration of supplier needs, with a view to building long-term business partnerships.Continually analyze all inbound and outbound freight costs and ensure an effective mix of freight solutions that achieve the balance between costs and customer service.Deliver freight related value capture initiatives as part of the supply chain integration, including the competitive tendering of the domestic freight activities and the implementation of common processes and systems, eg. Global Transport Management System.Warehouse ManagementManage the Korea third party logistics provider to ensure each warehouse operates within the agreed performance limits.Application of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology to reduce waste, improve cash flow.Coordinate the receipt, warehousing, transport and distribution operation to ensure the efficient and cost effective distribution of products.Ensure the security of inventory and assetsAnalyse procedures and develop, recommend and implement improvements in inventory planning, supply and warehouse practices to optimise handling, storage, and transport and promote greater efficiency.Deliver warehouse related value capture initiatives, including the reduction/consolidation of the Korea distribution centre footprint and the implementation of enhanced functionality of our systems i.e. WMSDeveloping and executing the Supply Chain StrategyContribute to development and execution of supply chain strategies to anticipate and meet the needs of internal and external customers, while developing the function towards industry leading practice in the future.Support the Korea implementation of global and regional strategic projects for example One Best Way (OBW), Medtronic Performance System (MPS)OtherEnsure that all quality requirements and objectives are achievedObserve health & safety policies & procedures & take all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health & safety of others.Work within and actively promote the mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Business Conduct Standards.Required Knowledge and Experience:Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.Solid English communication skillsPreferably 6+ years’ experience working in the area Logistics Management including a demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts with 3-6 years of project and people management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills.
