Rôles et Responsabilités

En tant que Project Manager au sein des Technology Expert Labs, vos principales responsabilités incluent :

• Gestion de projet : Élaborer et exécuter des plans de gestion, y compris la gestion financière, le périmètre, et les communications du projet.
• Communication inter-équipes : Maintenir des compétences en communication efficaces avec les parties prenantes afin d’informer sur l’état des projets.
• Gestion des rapports et métriques : Suivre les métriques de performance des projets, y compris la santé financière et la satisfaction client.
• Création de crédibilité : Résoudre des problèmes tout en documentant les stratégies d’atténuation des risques, en développant la confiance avec les clients en tant que conseiller de confiance.
• Équipe performante : Cultiver l’esprit d’équipe et le travail collaboratif pour respecter les délais de livraison.
• Empathie et orientation service : Faire preuve d’une forte orientation vers le service client pour favoriser leur succès.

Exigences du Poste

Diplôme requis : Diplôme de Bachelor
Expérience technique requise :

• Expertise en livraison de projet agile avec un historique démontrable d’utilisation des meilleures pratiques en gestion de projet.
• Succès dans la communication et le développement de relations à tous les niveaux avec une expérience dans la résolution de différends.
• Connaissance des technologies de données et d’IA, ainsi que dans la gestion de données et l’analytique commercial.
• Excellente maîtrise écrite et verbale de l’anglais.

Expérience Professionnelle Préférée

Certifications souhaitées : Certifications en gestion de projet telles que PMP, CMMI ou Scrum Master.
Expertise technologique : Expérience avec des solutions technologiques variées, y compris Cloud et IA.
Consultation en solutions Cloud : Expérience en gestion de projet et en consulting pour des solutions comme SaaS et IaaS.

In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding your client’s expectations. • Project Management: Creating and executing project management plans including, financial, scope, and change, deliverables and communication controls.

• Cross-Team Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the client, partner, and account team on project status.

• Reporting and Metrics Management: Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics including project health, financials-costs, revenue, and gross profit, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

• Building Credibility and Influences: Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing and documenting risk mitigation strategies, providing project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor.

• Developing a high-performing team: Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines.

• Agile Project Delivery Expertise: A provable track record of project delivery disciplines and frameworks using agile best practices to successfully delivery in a way that’s both nimble and fast.

• Success in Communication and Relationship Building: Demonstrable success in communication and personal relationship development at all levels – from engineers to CIOs – with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.

• Data and AI Technology Experience: Experience with building creditability for Data and AI methodology and practices for data management, data fabric, data governance, trustworthy AI and business analytics or equivalent enterprise solutions.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills required.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Certifications for project/program management: Project or program certifications including but not limited to PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master or Aigle Project Management.

• Technology Expertise: Experience working with a broad spectrum of technology solutions including Data and AI, Automation, Sustainability, Security, Cloud, Power, Storage and zSoftware or equivalent technologies.

• Consulting Experience in Cloud Solutions: Experience working in consulting or project management for solutions including SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and/or Cloud.

• Expertise in Data and IT Technologies: Deep expertise requires an expert technical level in data and IT software technologies including several technology areas including IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Db2, COGNOS, IBM Watson Studio and related AI frameworks or equivalent enterprise solutions.
