ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and shipping demo products to customers and back to the factory, handling customer returns, and coordinating product maintenance activities. Your duties may also include packaging. You will manage customer interactions via email and within your system. You will work collaboratively with your skilled team.
Qualifications– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.– Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.– Requires general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish the job.– Customer orientation: enthusiastic and eager to serve both internal and external customers globally, with experience in communicating with customers to understand issues, acknowledge them, and take accountability for resolving them.– Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and take necessary actions to resolve them.– Strong professional communication skills, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately with detailed information.– Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely resolutions.– A forward-thinking and proactive approach to continuously improve processes.– Fluent English skills.***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
