Description des Responsabilités :
Le Senior Full-Stack Test Engineer aura pour mission d’exécuter toutes les activités de test, tant manuelles qu’automatisées, afin d’améliorer la qualité des produits livrés. Les tâches incluent :
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes (développeurs, analystes, service client) pour assurer le succès du produit.
- Répondre de manière méthodique aux besoins en automatisation des tests.
- Automatiser les tests fonctionnels, de régression et de performance.
- Avoir la responsabilité totale d’augmenter la couverture des tests automatisés.
- Participer à la planification des sprints et fournir des recommandations de tests basées sur l’analyse des exigences.
Qualifications Requises
Exigences Générales :
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Anglais intermédiaire minimum.
- Expérience de 4+ années en tests manuels et automatisés.
- Connaissance approfondie des tests d’applications web et mobiles.
- Compétences analytiques, de débogage et de résolution de problèmes solides.
- Attitude positive et collaborative, intégrant un fort engagement envers la qualité.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration.
Exigences Techniques :
Les compétences techniques suivantes sont essentielles :
- 4+ ans d’expérience en testing logiciel, avec un mélange de tests manuels et automatisés.
- Compréhension solide du cycle de développement et de l’architecture mobile (iOS et Android).
- Maîtrise des outils de test automatisés comme Java, Selenium, et TestNG.
- Expérience avec Appium pour les tests d’automatisation mobile.
- Familiarité avec les infrastructures de tests mobiles sur des plateformes comme Perfector, Kobiton, et Sauce Labs.
- Expérience avec des outils CI/CD comme Jenkins et GitHub Actions.

Job Description
- Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success
- Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
- Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
- Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
- Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)
QualificationsGeneral Requirements:
- At least an intermediate skill level of English.
- Likely having 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
- Strong domain knowledge on web and mobile app testing expertise
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
- Being a senior member of the engineering team, self-motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direction
- Strong in communication and collaboration abilities
Technical requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a mix of manual and automation.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and mobile architecture including iOS and Android
- Proficiency in developing automated test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and TestNG for web
- Experience in using Appium with Java for mobile automation testing
- Familiarity with mobile testing on device farms like Perfector, Kobiton, Sauce Labs.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
