Taking a « design brief » to understand requirements.
Develop original designs for marketing collateral and marketing decks
Website SEO
Create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions
Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.

One year contract with to convert to permanent roleIdeal Profile

Strong design eye and understanding of design concepts
You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Design or Digital Marketing
You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
Experience within would be a strong advantage.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
