Missions Principales
Le poste exige les compétences suivantes :
- Infrastructure : Support et maintenance de l’infrastructure utilisant AWS et un datacentre privé. Les tâches incluent la réponse aux incidents et le dépannage.
- CI/CD : Assistance aux équipes de développement dans la construction et le perfectionnement de pipelines CI/CD via Jenkins.
- Surveillance : Utilisation d’outils comme Zabbix et Grafana pour surveiller les systèmes, gérer les alertes et collaborer à la résolution des problèmes.
- Automatisation : Automatisation des tâches récurrentes à l’aide de Python ou Bash pour un support proactif.
- Conteneurs : Gestion de charges de travail containerisées sur Kubernetes.
- Sécurité : Maintenance de serveurs Linux sécurisés et mise à jour des systèmes.
- Collaboration : Participation à des projets expérimentaux liés à l’IA et à l’intégration de solutions novatrices.
- Soutien 24/7 : Participation à la rotation d’astreinte pour offrir une couverture de support continue.
Profil Recherché
Le poste s’adresse à deux niveaux de candidats :
Junior :
- Connaissances de base en Linux et en réseau.
- Familiarité avec les langages de script.
- Curiosité pour la finance, la cryptomonnaie ou l’IA.
Medior :
- Expérience de 2 ans en infrastructure cloud-native ou sur site.
- Compétences en automatisation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Compréhension des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité des environnements cloud.

Whether you’ve only dabbled with cloud and automation at university or have been running production workloads for a couple of years, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our infrastructure and workflows. ,
- Support and maintain infrastructure spanning AWS and our private datacentre, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.
- Assist development teams by building and refining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) that make shipping code boringly reliable and easy to debug.
- Monitor & observe systems with Zabbix and Grafana: triage alerts, escalate as needed, and collaborate to resolve root causes.
- Automate routine tasks—from provisioning to everyday fixes, using Python, Bash or the tools you prefer, so that support becomes proactive rather than reactive.
- Manage containerised workloads on Kubernetes and provide support for developers deploying new services or scaling existing ones.
- Keep Linux serverssecure and up to date using best‑practice hardening and patching; assist in security reviews and compliance checks.
- Collaborate on AI‑driven tooling experiments, evaluate new solutions and support integration so that teams can work more intelligently.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage and learn incident management practices.
Medior‑level engineers additionally:
- Lead support efforts for small infrastructure projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Drive IaC best practices across teams, review playbooks, mentor juniors, and improve automation to minimize manual support tasks.
- Coordinate escalations during high‑impact incidents and lead post‑mortem analyses.
,Junior
- Foundational knowledge of Linux, networking and at least one scripting language.
- Familiarity with version control, build pipelines or containers from coursework or projects.
- Strong desire to support teams: eager to jump in, learn on the job, and help troubleshoot problems.
- Curiosity about finance, crypto and/or AI and the eagerness to dive deeper.
Medior
- 2+ years operating cloud‑native or on‑prem infrastructure in production environments.
- Hands‑on with AWS or another major cloud, container orchestration and CI/CD.
- Experience writing Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and supporting its adoption.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and improve support documentation.

- Deep understanding of security best practices in cloud environments (IAM, network policies, encryption).
- Experience with Java application servers (WildFly) and supporting JVM‑based services.
- Basic knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) to assist teams integrating new components.
- Exposure to database operations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and replication strategies, especially around backup and recovery support.
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPNs, load balancers, firewalls) in hybrid setups to help diagnose connectivity issues.
- Soft skills: collaborative mindset, clear communication, and willingness to provide proactive support.
