With over 10 different nationalities, our diverse team has driven exponential growth since our 2016 launch, and we have ambitious plans for 2025-2026, including expanding our presence across the world and launching new product categories.About the Role:You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our website and improving customer conversion through advanced digital acquisition strategies. You’ll work across both paid and organic marketing channels to maximise the return on our advertising spend and position us as the top choice for customers looking for luxury bathroom furniture.Responsibilities:
- Plan, run, and optimise traffic acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Shopping, and other digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and make improvements to maximise ROI.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and optimise how it’s allocated across channels.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and attract qualified traffic.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create effective, eye-catching ads.
- Keep up with market trends and suggest new acquisition strategies.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation with business goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or a digital marketing agency.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital traffic acquisition.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaigns.
- Experience in funnel and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing ad budgets and measuring ROI.
- Proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Advanced level of English (French or German are a plus).
