Le rôle de Consultant implique une interaction directe avec les clients, où l’objectif est de résoudre des problématiques complexes en matière de finance et de comptabilité grâce à des solutions technologiques avancées.

Responsabilités Clés

Les tâches du Consultant incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :

Être le principal interlocuteur des clients au quotidien, garantissant une compréhension approfondie de leurs besoins.
Développer et maintenir des relations productives avec les clients au sein de FAAS.
Collecter et gérer des données provenant de sources variées, tout en maintenant à jour les bases de données.
Concevoir et développer des structures de données, ainsi que des programmes pour la gestion et l’analyse de données.
Automatiser les processus pour optimiser la collecte, le nettoyage et l’analyse des données.
Gérer les tâches de projet et communiquer l’avancement aux parties prenantes.
Se tenir informé des évolutions professionnelles et économiques pertinentes pour le secteur.
Partager les connaissances au sein de l’équipe pour améliorer la prestation des services.

Compétences et Attributs Recherchés

Les candidats doivent démontrer les compétences suivantes :

Évaluation et amélioration des processus financiers, notamment dans des domaines comme le rapport, la gestion des achats et la planification budgétaire.
Compréhension des architectures de systèmes et des flux de données.
Maîtrise d’outils technologiques liés aux finances, notamment les systèmes ERP et les technologies de reporting financier.
Compétences avancées en programmation (Python, JavaScript, C#) et en technologies de transformation/intégration de données (SQL, Alteryx).
Experience en analyses, y compris la collecte de besoins, la conception de solutions et leur mise en œuvre.
Capacité de communication claire, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Passion pour l’innovation, avec une compréhension des outils de Business Intelligence (BI) tels que Tableau ou Power BI.

Qualifications Requises

Diplôme de licence ou de master en Finance, Comptabilité, Informatique, Science des données, Ingénierie, Mathématiques ou Économie.
Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire.
Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2).

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Digital Team is growing, and as a consultant, you’ll play a key role in that growth. Working across all industries and interacting with our clients, you’ll develop your career by communicating and providing expertise around data analytics and other digital solutions to solve our client’s accounting, finance, governance, and regulatory concerns. You’ll be able to deliver exceptional client experience using technology to help our clients perform more valuable and meaningful work.Your key responsibilities
– The nature of this role means that you will be recognized as a primary day-to-day contact for our clients. That means you’ll need to understand how to translate our client’s various business needs into data centric applications and solutions
– Develop and maintain productive working relationships with FAAS clients
– Gather data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases
– Design and develop data structures, ETL scripts or programs for data management and analytics
– Develop and automate processes to streamline data collection, cleaning, and analysis
– Manage project tasks and report on work status to several stakeholders
– Stay informed of the current issues, profession, and business/economic developments relevant to the client’s industry
– Continually learn new technologies, share knowledge with team members and enhance service deliverySkills and attributes for success
– Experience with finance function process assessments, design, and improvement (e.g., record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, budgeting and planning, cash management, etc.)
– Ability to understand and document several system architectures and dataflows
– Experience with finance enabling tools and technology (e.g., functional understanding of ERP systems, finance modules, and financial reporting technologies)
– Proficient or strong comprehension of at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.
– Proficient or strong comprehension of data transformation and/or data integration technologies such as Microsoft SQL and/or Alteryx
– Proven experience within the analytics domain gathering business and technical requirements, solution design, build, testing, and solution deployment
– Strong technical writing skills and data analytics knowledge
– Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
– Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
– The capability and desire to be part of a high performing team
– Passionate about delivering innovation to help solve client business problemTo qualify for the role, you must have
