En tant que Digital Customer Success Manager – Specialist (D-CSM Specialist), vous serez un conseiller de confiance, visant à maximiser la valeur à long terme pour nos clients. Cela inclut la gestion et l’accélération de l’adoption de solutions SAP, tout en maintenant un équilibre entre interactions humaines et automatiques.

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Établir des relations exécutives et gagner la confiance des clients.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’expansion pour les solutions SAP.
  • Atténuer le risque de désengagement grâce à une attention soutenue sur l’adoption.
  • Gérer les situations de crise et désamorcer les conflits.
  • Conduire les renouvellements et les ventes additionnelles de solutions basées sur des licences.

Votre principal axe d’action sera la transformation vers SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, favorisant l’adoption rapide des technologies cloud pour maximiser la valeur commerciale.

Profil Recherché

Nous recherchons un candidat ayant :

  • Une forte présence exécutive et des compétences en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Une connaissance des modèles d’affaires et des processus opérationnels.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion de situations clients difficiles.
  • Une expertise dans les solutions logicielles cloud.
  • Des compétences en gestion de projets et en gouvernance.
  • Une certification dans le portefeuille de solutions SAP.

Un diplôme de niveau licence ou équivalent, ainsi que de l’expérience dans le secteur des logiciels d’entreprise, sont requis. Une compréhension technique est également souhaitable pour résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés par les clients.
