Nous recherchons un Digital Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement numérique au sein de l’unité Marketing & Services. Ce poste à temps plein et permanent implique un travail en étroite collaboration avec divers intervenants internes et externes pour assurer la fiabilité et l’expérience utilisateur de nos canaux numériques.
Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion de l’outil d’identité et d’accès : Vous serez responsable du développement et de l’optimisation des processus d’inscription et de connexion des clients.
- Amélioration des canaux numériques : Participation au développement des sites web publics et du portail client, tout en assurant leur sécurité et leur conformité.
- Analyse et optimisation : Analyser les données pour générer des insights exploitables afin d’améliorer continuellement l’expérience client.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra posséder :
- Un master dans un domaine commercial ou technique.
- Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avec des services ou solutions numériques.
- Une solide compréhension des outils de gestion d’identité client et des protocoles d’authentification.
- Des compétences en communication exceptionnelles et une capacité à travailler avec différentes parties prenantes.

We are a team of 6 product owners and development managers working to ensure the reliability and customer experience in our digital channels which are used by thousands of customers daily in Finland and Baltic countries.In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and compliance of our digital channels, being responsible for our Identity and Access Management tool. You will support incident resolutions, test new product updates before launch and develop our customers registration and login processes. You will also participate in the overall development of our digital channels, such as our public websites and our customer portal. In this role, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, customer service and sales.
