Description du Poste
Dans le cadre de son développement, Thomson Reuters recrute un Digital Enablement Engineer. Ce rôle est intégré au secteur des Services Globaux, qui comprend des fonctions essentielles telles que l’approvisionnement, l’immobilier et la gestion des installations.
Responsabilités Principales
- Développement et Maintenance : Vous serez chargé de développer, déployer et maintenir des solutions numériques de pointe pour les fonctions de Services Globaux.
- Intégration de Technologies Innovantes : Vous intégrerez des technologies GenAI, notamment des chatbots, afin d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
- Soutien au Centre d’Excellence : Vous contribuerez au développement du Centre d’Excellence pour favoriser la création de valeur.
- Amélioration Continue : Vous participerez à l’optimisation des capacités numériques dans le respect des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
- Gestion d’Initiatives : Vous dirigerez des initiatives numériques de complexité moyenne à élevée.
Profil Recherché
Pour ce poste, le candidat idéal doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans en environnement global, avec une compréhension des concepts Source-to-Pay.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des solutions de développement low-code/no-code, en particulier Microsoft Power Platform, et connaissance de Power BI.
- Capacité d’Analyse : Aptitude à analyser et améliorer l’efficacité des opérations de sourcing, y compris la gestion de contrats et l’analyse des dépenses.
- Formation : Diplôme en informatique, sciences des données, administration des affaires ou un domaine connexe.
- Langues : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais.

We are responsible for delivering value by providing safe, efficient, and effective procurement and real estate services to Thomson Reuters businesses and functional operations. Our overarching mission is to ensure our colleagues spend less time and energy on ordering Services, ensuring their primary focus is building great content and products that delight TR customers and grow TR business. In Global Services, these objectives are achieved through an offshore Services Operations team in India, a near shore Center of Excellence and Service Delivery Management team in Mexico and Costa Rica, that supports the on shore in country teams.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Digital Enablement Engineer, you will:
- Your main focus will be on developing, deploying, and maintaining world-class digital solutions within the domain of Global Services functions: procurement, real estate, and facilities management, including the integration of GenAI technologies, such as conventional chatbots, to enhance the user experience and improve internal stakeholder query response times.
- You will be responsible for the effective and timely delivery of digital solutions against their timeline and plan.
- You will support the development of the Digital Enablement Center of Excellence and the delivery of digital solutions in accordance with industry best practices enabling value creation for the business.
- You will support ongoing improvements in digital capability and maturity at Global Services by executing best-practice digital enablement methodology and standards.
- You will lead digital initiatives spanning medium-high complexity.
About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Digital Enablement Engineer, if your background includes:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of global experience, working in matrixed teams, with basic understanding of Source-to-Pay concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in low-code/no-code development solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies would be a plus.
- You are capable to discuss business and solution requirements with customers and perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow.
- You have a strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
- You are proficient in reviewing, analyzing, driving efficiency, and continuous improvement of the entire sourcing system operation including but not limited to contract management, sourcing events, project management, spend analysis, supplier on-board, and other related systems and processes.
- You have a basic understanding of Source-to-Pay concepts and procurement transactions.
- You have the ability to constantly drive and deliver results, reduce downtime to the business and avoid barriers to productivity
- You are capable to plan and prioritize effectively and then efficiently manage yourself, other resources, processes, and tools to successfully deliver value-creation projects.
- You have a sound understanding of and can apply most elements of the digital development process with the ability to execute it.
- You are able to assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs, and manage staff on multiple projects.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in either: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related bachelor’s degree.
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, and adaptable for non-native English speakers.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- At least 2 years of experience in database management systems (SQL Management Studio).
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of programming languages (MS Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript)
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
