- Lead digital marketing innovation with external partners to accelerate customer acquisition, reactivation, demand generation, and engagement.
- Drive growth via ongoing optimization of digital channels, content, and targeting for Hong Kong and China.
- Collaborate internally to align, develop, and execute consumer marketing strategies across owned channels.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive optimization towards business goals.
- Monitor and report on competitor digital activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Solid experience in performance marketing, social media, content marketing, digital ad campaigns, and business strategy support.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-maker.
- Entrepreneurial, influential, and able to articulate new ideas.
- Agile learner, comfortable in fast-paced environments, adept at managing complex projects.
- Self-starting, creative, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail and accountability.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, and data mining for analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
