Description du poste : We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic SERM Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This role is critical in shaping the online presence and public perception of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive reputation management strategies to ensure a positive and consistent image of the company across all digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the digital reputation of the brand across search engines, media outlets, forums, blogs, and social networks.Analyze search engine results, media coverage, and brand mentions to identify both opportunities and threats to our online image.Develop and implement data-driven SERM strategies, including proactive SEO optimization, crisis management protocols, and reputation recovery tactics.Collaborate with copywriters, PR specialists, and social media managers to produce and disseminate high-quality, positive content across multiple platforms.Engage with third-party publishers and media outlets to promote favorable narratives and suppress negative coverage.Conduct regular sentiment analysis, keyword tracking, and performance reporting using advanced monitoring and SEO tools.Maintain detailed documentation of online activities, responses, and results for strategic evaluation and compliance purposes.Requirements:3+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM), digital PR, SEO, or a related field.Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword optimization, and ranking factors.Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Brand24, and similar monitoring/SEO platforms.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create persuasive narratives and professional responses.Experience in journalism, content marketing, public relations, or brand management is highly desirable.Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain industry is a significant plus.What We Offer:Remote-First Culture – Work from anywhere with a flexible, full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, up to 8 hours/day).Global Exposure – Be part of an international team driving innovation in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.Growth-Oriented Environment – Opportunities for personal and professional development in a high-impact role.Collaborative Team Culture – Join a supportive and forward-thinking team where your ideas are valued and contributions make a real difference.Mission-Driven Purpose – Help us bring blockchain-based financial services to everyone, everywhere.
