Mission du Poste
Intégré à l’équipe mondiale de messagerie numérique au sein de l’IT Operations, l’Ingénieur en Messagerie jouera un rôle clé en tant que point d’escalade de 2ème niveau pour toutes les questions relatives à la messagerie. Il est attendu que cette personne participe activement à la livraison de projets tout en étant considérée comme une experte dans son domaine.
Responsabilités Clés
- Administration : Gérer et maintenir l’infrastructure et les services de messagerie.
- Rapports : Préparer et soumettre régulièrement des rapports à la direction.
- Projets : Participer à la livraison de projets liés à la messagerie.
- Governance : Appliquer les politiques et meilleures pratiques de gouvernance.
- Incidents : Investiguer et résoudre les incidents liés à la messagerie.
Exigences du Poste
Expérience : Une expérience prouvée dans une organisation globale et une connaissance approfondie des infrastructures Exchange hybrides sont requises. De plus, une expérience antérieure dans la gestion de systèmes de messagerie transactionnels et dans la configuration de protocoles d’authentification et d’autorisation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) est essentielle.
Formation et Qualifications
- Min. 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une grande entreprise.
- 3+ ans d’expérience technique dans la gestion d’environnements Exchange hybrides.
- Certifications Microsoft Exchange en ligne et sur site souhaitables.
Langues et Conditions de Travail
Une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit est essentielle. Le poste est entièrement à distance, bien que des présences soient requises lors d’événements d’entreprise.

The role includes senior messaging engineering skills, and therefore act as a 2nd Level escalation point for all matters regarding to Messaging. It is also expected that this person actively participates in project delivery related work, been seen as a subject matter expert in matters related to Messaging, eventually supporting the Architecture team in technical decisions.
