Responsabilités principales

• Mise à niveau des systèmes : Ce volet consiste à conduire des projets de mise à niveau en collaboration avec des équipes multifonctionnelles, tout en optimisant les fonctionnalités de SAP.
• Implémentation de la digitalisation et de l’IA : Le candidat devra concevoir une feuille de route de transformation numérique, évaluer la maturité numérique de l’entreprise, et intégrer de nouvelles technologies pour optimiser les processus.
• Harmonisation des données maîtresses : Élaborer une stratégie de gestion des données pour assurer la cohérence et l’exactitude à travers les systèmes.
• Gestion du portefeuille de projets locaux : Prioriser les projets selon leurs besoins stratégiques et assurer le suivi de leur avancement.
• Gestion du changement et engagement des parties prenantes : Faciliter l’adoption des nouvelles technologies et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l’avancement des projets.

Exigences et compétences requises

• Formation : Licence en gestion, finance, applications numériques ou un domaine similaire.
• Expérience : 5 à 7 ans dans la gestion de projets, idéalement dans le domaine de la digitalisation.
• Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du hongrois, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Les candidats devront également démontrer des compétences en gestion de projets complexes, expertise technique en systèmes SAP, capacités de communication et de collaboration, ainsi que des compétences solides en résolution de problèmes.

📝 Description du poste : Location: Hungary, BudapestAbout the Position:This role plays an important role in driving the company’s digital transformation strategy as well as managing our local project portfolio. Responsible for the effective operation of all digital projects from concept to delivery, this role conceptualizes, executes, and implements innovative digital solutions as per the envisioned digitalization strategy.What will be your responsibilities:Existing system upgrade (when it comes)

• Lead the system upgrade and migration, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and optimize SAP functionalities.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in the market based on collaboration with the regional team, from planning to post-implementation support.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring delivery timelines, budgets, and project scope are met.

Digitalization & AI Implementation:

• Design and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assess digital maturity and identify opportunities to enhance operations, customer experiences, and competitiveness.
• Foster digital innovation across departments and integrate new technologies, moreover identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using digital tools. Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Integrate digital solutions with existing IT infrastructure to maximize efficiency.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely implementation of digital initiatives.

Master Data Harmonization:

• Develop and execute a master data management strategy to harmonize data across systems and business units for consistency and accuracy.
• Standardize data definitions and practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and drive continuous data quality improvement initiatives.

Managing Local Project Portfolio:

• Manage a portfolio of projects, prioritizing based on business needs, resource and strategic value.
• Implement project management methodologies to monitor progress, risk, and performance across multiple projects.
• Update key stakeholders on project status and collaborate with internal teams to implement digital projects.
• Review project resources to ensure they meet demands of the project.

Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Lead change management to drive adoption of digital technologies and new ways of working.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team and key stakeholders on digital transformation progress, keymilestones, and risks.
• Support colleagues in learning and applying new digital tools and systems to ensure successful integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Digital Applications or Project Management or similar field.
• Min 5-7 years of work experience in project management and digitalization projects
• Experience managing large and complex (digital) projects, experience in project reporting and relating documentation
• Fluent English and Hungarian

• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions.
• Change Management: Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and driving change in a large organization., focusing on the impact of digitalization and system integrations on staff and processes,
