Your insights will help drive meaningful change across regions as we continue our journey forward—together. – Alan Wright, Senior Vice President, Global MarketsWhat you will doYou will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of our self-adhesive label product portfolio, optimizing profitability and ensuring strategic alignment across the product life cycle. This role will develop and implement methodologies which will allow to bring efficient and best in class portfolio’ performance, from product development through to end-of-life, ensuring that product offerings meet both market needs and financial objectives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across regions (EMEIA, APAC, and Americas) to develop and execute both global and regional strategies for our end-use segments, with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and market leadership.Portfolio Performance Evaluation:Continuously analyse the performance of the self-adhesive label portfolio and monitor product life cycle stagesEstablish robust portfolio management metrics and frameworks to assess product performance consistently and systematically. Make data-driven (and in line with strategic objectives) recommendations for e.g. optimization, new product introductions, enhancements & discontinuationsStrategic Planning and Regional Coordination & Collaboration:Work closely with regional leadership teams (EMEIA, APAC, and Americas) to ensure that the portfolio strategy is aligned with regional market dynamics and customer needsCreate and implement systems to manage the full product life-cycle, meeting business goals and market demands at each stageDevelop global and region-specific strategies for the end-use segments we serve, ensuring that each region maximizes its market potentialFacilitate cross-regional collaboration to ensure consistency in portfolio positioning and performance goalsPortfolio Optimization & Best-in-Class Management:Drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance, identifying and implementing optimization strategies for different factorsEstablish and implement best practices in portfolio management, ensuring the team adopts data-driven, strategic decision-making processesEstablish with Region Heads initiatives to enhance portfolio segmentation, ensuring that products are properly categorized based on customer needs, profitability, and market potentialFinancial Performance & Reporting:Manage portfolio financial performance, focusing on margin optimization, cost management, and revenue growthProvide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on the financial health and strategic direction of the product portfolioWho you areYou have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance or a related fieldYou have a minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or strategic planning roles, within the manufacturing, industrial, or consumer goods sectors, while working across multiple global regions (EMEIA, APAC, Americas)You have a proven track record of portfolio performance optimization, including: product life cycle management, rationalization and innovation of product portfolios and go-to-market alignment across diverse product linesYou have some years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders as part of driving large-scale transformation and change initiativesYou have hands-on experience (3 years or more) in financial analysis, including: margin and cost structure evaluation, pricing strategy and profitability optimizationYou have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsYou have proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., BCG Matrix, Power BI, SAP,…)This is what we offer to youA meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.’ Our work is impactful and transformative.A caring community – Our community is built on great team spirit and shared commitment.
