If you are looking for an opportunity to grow and contribute in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Position OverviewAs a Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for picking, sorting, and preparing customer orders while maintaining safety and accuracy. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), robotics, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).Sort totes and cases into cardboard boxes or shipping containers by scanning, retrieving, and placing orders on pallets.Utilize MHE to transport outbound orders to the shipping dock.Perform order induction activities for low unit of measure (LUM) robotic picking.Identify and resolve order errors prior to shipment.Prepare, shrink-wrap, and load pallets onto delivery trucks.Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following all safety guidelines.Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality service to every member of the community.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent – RequiredMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification – Preferred2+ years of RECENT fulfillment and warehouse distribution experience – RequiredPrior experience operating and maintaining forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and electric material handling equipmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsJob Details:Schedule: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AMPay: $16/hr (based on experience) + benefitsFull Benefits Package: Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) programTemp-to-Hire Opportunity – A pathway to long-term employment in a stable and growing industryAbout Dean’s Professional ServicesDean’s Professional Services is a national, award-winning staffing firm that has placed over 50,000 professionals nationwide since 1993.
