We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist Intern to join our e-commerce run activities.How You Will ContributeAssist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website.Manage the online product catalogue.Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.Monitor transactions, returns and online inventoryPrepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.Track website KPIs and use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices.Support stock & sales reconciliation.Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Who You AreWe believe you will excel in this role because of your:Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.Previous experience in e-commerceGood knowledge of Google Analytics GA4.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA and SEO is a plusPositive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open-minded attitude.Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
