En tant que driver, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la représentation des valeurs d’Oda auprès de nos clients. Vous serez intégré à notre équipe de conduites, sous la supervision du Delivery Operating Manager ainsi que des Delivery Team Leaders. Vos missions principales incluront la livraison de courses et de colis vers nos clients, en assurant un service de qualité tout en maintenant l’efficacité dans l’exécution de votre travail.
Responsabilités :
– *Livraison de produits alimentaires et de colis aux clients.*
– *Chargement et déchargement des marchandises, en suivant les procédures établies.*
– *Fournir un service clientèle de premier ordre.*
– *Effectuer des tâches simples d’entretien des véhicules, telles que le changement d’ampoules et le nettoyage.*
– *Former les nouveaux drivers sur le terrain.*
– *Participer à l’amélioration des routines et processus liés à la conduite.*
Compétences requises :
Pour réussir dans ce rôle :
– *Permis de conduire (Classe B) avec un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience.*
– *Maîtrise de l’anglais requise ; la connaissance du norvégien ou d’une autre langue nordique est un plus.*
Qualités appréciées :
- Sens de l’initiative et capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant la collaboration.
- Éthique de travail solide et orientation vers le service.

With our wide selection and competitive prices, we deliver to the doorsteps of thousands of Scandinavian homes every week.As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you’ll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, it would be best to enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not only driving.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚Delivering food and packages to our customers.Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.Training new drivers on the road.Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.
