- 📞 Support Customers
Help customers via phone, chat, and email with fast and friendly service. * 📝 Keep RecordsLog all conversations, solutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system. * 💡 Troubleshoot IssuesUse your knowledge of digital wallet products to solve problems and answer questions quickly and clearly.✅ What We’re Looking For
- 👥 Customer Service Experience – You’ve worked for at least 1 year in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
- 🌐 Industry Experience – Experience in fintech, online companies, or payment platforms is a big plus.
- 🧠 Detail-Oriented – You’re organized, focused, and always catch the small things that matter.
- 💻 Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using the internet and PC-based software applications.
