Description du poste : Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch speaking Operations Customer ExpertSalary: 1,309 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonuses and meal allowance). Package with company accommodation is 1,050 euro gross p/m plus free accommodation (so not cost for rent and utility bills)Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to sunday from 7am to 5pm.Overview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you’d be joining a very multicultural environment.The Role:As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support a leading international technology company that is transforming how people hire and work in the building and home trades industry. Operating across multiple countries in Europe and North America, the company connects homeowners with skilled professionals through smart, digital platforms that simplify renovation, repair, and maintenance services.In this role, you will be a key part of the Customer Service team, delivering high-quality support across various channels and touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to service improvements. You will also take part in proactive outreach and help drive operational goals that align with the company’s broader strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, contact forms, and other channels.
Carry out back-office activities, which may include follow-up or outbound calls.
Make outbound calls to promote the product, support customer success, gather feedback or data, or assist in strategic initiatives.
Accurately update and manage customer data within the CRM system.
Consistently meet performance objectives, service standards, and internal deadlines set by your manager.
Maintain transparency and communicate clearly with your management team regarding your activities and progress.
Identify and share feedback to improve customer service processes and team efficiency.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team.RequirementsFluent in Dutch and English
Prior experience in customer support is a plus
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Analytical mindset with the ability to process detailed information and deliver clear solutions.
