Our flexible meeting spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests, are ideal for organizing events.Do you see yourself as a Duty Manager with Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar?To join our pre-opening team, we are seeking a passionate Duty Manager who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, leaders with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.Our colleagues are fundamental to delivering memorable experiences, and we are committed to creating a culture as diverse as the distinct hotels in our portfolio.Your day to dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Leading the way – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operationsPrioritising workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiencesDeveloping your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performanceHaving authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concernsBeing first point of contact for any critical emergency situationsWhat we need from youFor you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:Minimum Diploma or equivalent2 years’ front desk/guest service leader experienceMust be fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaBasic mathematics skillsExcellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skillsLong periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy itemsWorking knowledge of hotel property management systems beneficialWillingness to work evenings and weekendsWhat we offerIn return we’ll give you a competitive benefit package including hotel discounts worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG®.
