Responsabilités Principales
Traffic Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Développer et exécuter une stratégie d’acquisition de trafic couvrant divers canaux numériques, notamment le SEO, PPC, les réseaux sociaux payants, le marketing d’influence, et la publicité sur les places de marché.
- Optimiser les stratégies d’achat média pour garantir des dépenses efficaces et maximiser l’acquisition et la rétention des clients.
- Rester informé des tendances émergentes, modifications d’algorithmes et meilleures pratiques en marketing numérique.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Réaliser des recherches de mots-clés, optimiser le contenu du site et améliorer l’expérience utilisateur pour favoriser le trafic organique.
- Surveiller et améliorer les classements sur les moteurs de recherche et la performance SEO globale.
Paid Media Management
- Planifier et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
- Gérer efficacement les budgets publicitaires tout en suivant les performances des campagnes par rapport aux KPIs.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Identifier et collaborer avec des influenceurs et partenaires d’affiliation pour renforcer la notoriété de la marque et générer des ventes.
- Suivre les métriques de performance des influenceurs et le retour sur investissement (ROI).
Marketplace Advertising
- Optimiser et gérer les stratégies publicitaires sur des plateformes telles que Lazada et Shopee.
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les performances pour améliorer l’efficacité des annonces.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Suivre et analyser les performances du site et des campagnes, avec des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Fournir des insights basés sur les données pour améliorer les performances à travers différents canaux.
Indicateurs de Performance Clé (KPIs)
Le candidat idéal sera responsable de plusieurs KPIs essentiels, dont :
- Croissance du trafic : Augmenter le trafic organique et payant vers les plateformes e-commerce.
- Croissance des revenus en ligne : Accroître le chiffre d’affaires via des médias organiques et payants.
- Retour sur investissement publicitaire (ROAS) : Assurer la rentabilité des campagnes publicitaires.
Exigences du Poste
- Un esprit sportif est indispensable pour s’aligner sur la culture de l’entreprise.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du malais (oral et écrit), la connaissance d’autres langues étant un atout.
- Diplôme en marketing, marketing numérique, commerce ou dans un domaine similaire.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en marketing de performance et gestion du trafic e-commerce.
- Expertise en SEO, PPC, réseaux sociaux payants, et publicité sur les places de marché.

📝 Description du poste : The World’s Largest Sports Retailer is recruiting passionate sports people to Join our E-Commence Team as our Digital Marketing Specialist also known as our Traffic Acquisition Specialist internally. Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist also known as our Traffic Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our e-commerce platforms through a multi-channel strategy. This role requires expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising (Lazada, Shopee, etc.). Responsibilities: Traffic Acquisition & Growth Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace ads Optimize media buying strategies to ensure efficient spending and maximize customer acquisition and retention Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and enhance user experience to drive organic traffic Monitor and improve site rankings, domain authority, and overall SEO performance Paid Media Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Manage ad budgets efficiently and track campaign performance against KPIs Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and sales Develop partnership strategies with influencers across social media and e-commerce platforms Track influencer performance metrics and ROI Marketplace Advertising (Lazada/Shopee Sponsored Ads) Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and performance data to improve ad efficiency Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to align ad strategy with commercial campaigns Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze website and campaign performance Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights for continuous improvement Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics Create & monitor performance marketing dashboards & reports for visibility Provide data-driven insights on a monthly basis to optimise performance across different channels KPIs Traffic Growth: Increase organic and paid traffic to e-commerce platforms.(website, Mobile APP, Lazada, Shopee, etc..) Online Revenue Growth: Increase turnover to ecommerce platforms using organic & paid media Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensure profitability and efficiency of paid media campaigns. Cost per acquisition (CPA): Optimize spending to acquire customers efficiently Cost per Click (CPC): Optimise performance marketing campaigns to bring in quality traffic at the right CPC SEO Performance: Improve search rankings, domain authority, and organic visibility Influencer & Affiliate Impact: Track sales and engagement driven by influencers and affiliate partners Marketplace Ad Performance: Measure revenue growth and ROAS from Lazada/Shopee ads Requirements: Sportive Personality Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia(written and spoken) are essential. Other languages are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, e-commerce traffic management, or digital advertising Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel traffic acquisition campaigns Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid social, and marketplace advertising Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising Experience with Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools Hands-on experience in managing Lazada and Shopee sponsored ads Experience with app marketing & measurement tools (Adjust, Appsflyer etc.) will be highly preferred Ability to develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns Strong conversion rate optimization (CRO) skills Experience with budget management and forecasting for digital ad spend Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with the ability to execute detailed marketing plans Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, agencies, and influencers Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects Creative mindset to drive engagement and brand growth Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Note: Your job application will be redirected to our internal career page.
