Description du poste : We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Supervisor to lead our team in managing and optimizing our online sales channels across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, pricing, inventory, as well as analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.Key Responsibilities

2.Ecommerce Operations
a.Oversee daily operations across multiple ecommerce platforms Amazon, eBay, Walmart.
b.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
3.Evaluate Team performance.
4.Strategic Planning
a.Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
5.ProblemSolving and Troubleshooting
a.Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
6.Communication and Collaboration
a.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
b.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency.
7.Campaign Management
a.Manage sales campaigns for multiple marketplaces, ensuring prices and discounts are optimized
b.Review and adjust prices to ensure margins are within acceptable ranges.
8.Price Pricing and Cost Analysis Management
a.Monitor and adjust prices on Amazon and Walmart using repricing tools.
9.Marketplace Analysis
a.Review reports to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
10.Inventory Management
a.Review reports to identify products that are running low or out of stock.
11.Logistics and FBA Management
a. Analyze FBA sales data to determine profitability and optimize shipments.
12.Sales AnalysisRequirements
3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field.
Informatics Degree with a career related to cost calculation, analysis and digital skills.
23 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms Amazon, eBay, Walmart and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English written and verbal.
Excel medium to advance knowledge.Work Environment
This is a fulltime position.
