Description du poste : Saint Laurent is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Store Director to join their team at Heathrow Airport.As a Store Director, you will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, in particular by building strong relationships with top clients, in order to drive business and meet the store goals. You will represent the company in all you do and be a proactive sales professional. You will have oversight of all processes in store and guarantee compliance with all procedures set by the Headquarters to ensure the store runs effectively and efficiently.MISSION

  • Attract, develop, retain, and engage both clients and team members
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by being present on the shop floor and cultivating strong client relationships
  • Implement action plans to achieve financial and operational targets (including Profit and Loss performance)
  • Define and monitor both quantitative and qualitative goals, ensuring they are met
  • Provide high-quality, relevant feedback and performance analysis to both Headquarters and the team
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and your business environment
  • Foster a positive, open, and motivating work culture through effective communication
  • Ensure the continuous professional growth of your team through coaching, training, and development
  • Create individual development plans to support performance growth among sales staff and management
  • Build a strategic client network to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty, especially among top clients
  • Uphold the Saint Laurent brand image through store atmosphere, team behaviour, and service standards
  • Handle delicate customer service situations with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal processes and requirements
  • Identify and challenge inefficiencies in store operations to improve effectiveness
  • Oversee stock management and ensure alignment with sales potential by liaising with the Merchandising Retail Director
  • Lead inventory activities and align results with Back Office operations
  • Optimise stockroom processes in collaboration with the Back Office to improve efficiency

About YouThe ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail managerial position, preferably within the luxury goods sector. You will also demonstrate:

  • An adaptable, transparent, dynamic, and curious approach
  • A strong sensitivity to customer experience, engagement, and loyalty
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • A willingness to contribute to innovative projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
