Responsabilités Principales
En tant que leader technique, vous serez chargé de :
- Agir en tant que responsable technique pour des développements de laboratoires à grande échelle.
- Veiller à l’entretien des systèmes électriques sur tous les dispositifs de test de laboratoire, en résolvant rapidement les problèmes techniques.
- Soutenir l’équipe technique dans les activités quotidiennes liées à la conception, à la maintenance, et à l’intégration de nouveaux dispositifs.
- Contribuer à la planification et à l’estimation des coûts pour les nouvelles demandes de dispositifs de test.
- Participer à des groupes de travail internationaux pour examiner de nouvelles technologies et méthodes de travail.
Exigences et Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera :
- Une expérience notable avec des systèmes électriques et avioniques.
- Une expérience prouvée en leadership d’équipe, notamment dans l’atteinte des objectifs clés.
- Des compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, tant internes qu’externes.
