Description du poste : Are you ready to take ownership of production operations, lead a high-performing team, and help shape the future of electronics manufacturing?At PEC, they are not just building products – they are building excellence and we are on the hunt for a driven, people-focused Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor to lead their production team in delivering exceptional quality and performance that exceeds customer expectations.About the RoleReporting directly to the Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving production excellence through leadership, lean thinking, and innovation. You’ll oversee day-to-day manufacturing, mentor 3 team leaders, and champion continuous improvement to support PEC’s growth and commitment to quality.This is a fully on-site position based in Marton and the hours are Monday to Friday, either 7:30am-4:00pm or 6:00am-2:30pm (rotating or fixed based on operational needs). There is also a daily travel allowance available to people living outside the immediate area.What you’ll be doing

• Motivate your team to meet production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and personal growth.
• Implement lean principles to reduce waste, optimise processes, and increase production efficiency.
• Use tools like PDCA, Kaizen, and Pareto to identify opportunities and innovate the manufacturing approach.
• Align resourcing with production schedules to meet delivery targets without compromising quality.
• Uphold rigorous quality assurance processes (6S, QSM, Lean) to ensure the products meet all compliance and certification standards.
• Take ownership of performance reporting – analyse, interpret, and present key metrics (KPI trends, delivery stats, efficiency reports) that inform decision-making and drive improvements.
