Tâches et responsabilités
Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer un service et une maintenance de qualité des équipements techniques critiques suivant les contrats et les SLA (Service Level Agreement) ainsi que les KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes de pannes et effectuer l’entretien préventif planifié.
- Participer à la planification des services et des actions correctives des équipements techniques.
- Gérer la qualité de l’intervention technique et participer aux installations et maintenances critiques.
- Contribuer aux opérations en poste de travail 24/7, y compris le remplacement des collègues absents.
- Incarner et promouvoir les valeurs de l’entreprise : Respect, Intégrité, Service et Excellence (RISE).
Responsabilités supplémentaires :
- Réaliser des tâches d’entretien préventif dans les systèmes de distribution HV et LV, ainsi que dans les systèmes de refroidissement/chauffage HVAC.
- Surveiller les systèmes de gestion des bâtiments (BMS) pour les conditions de fonctionnement et d’alarme.
- Participer à la planification et à l’exécution du travail.
- Contribuer à l’identification des compétences nécessaires à la réalisation des tâches.
- Fournir un soutien technique pour la livraison de contrat.
Conditions requises
Vos qualifications :
- Expérience dans le domaine électrique et état d’esprit proactif et curieux.
- Connaissances en systèmes d’automatisation des bâtiments et systèmes de refroidissement souhaitées.
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais ; la connaissance du suédois est un atout.
- Les certifications ESA et AMS sont avantageuses.

- We are looking for a new colleague to our team, at data center in Linköping. Critical Technicians’ main task is to ensure a good customer delivery by performing service and maintenance on critical/technical equipment and property-related technology equipment with associated web systems, according to the contract and the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that is included in the contract. The role also entitles in-depth technical support and guidance for projects and small works performed on site in both planning, execution, and completion
- Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests and efficiently undertaking routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment being pre-requisite and of paramount importance
- Participate in the planning and the resource planning for service, maintenance and corrective actions of all technical equipment on site
- Quality assurance CBRE technical delivery and participate in critical installations and critical maintenance work. Manage and follow up internal CBRE processes
- Participate in shift operations 24/7
- Backfilling the existing colleges during sick leaves, vacations etc. including shifts (24/7 operations)
- The Critical Technician is expected to live and lead the company’s RISE (Respect Integrity Service Excellence) values
Further Responsibilities
- Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system’s work orders
- Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions
- Building walk-rounds
- Investigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies
- Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations
- Assist when and where required with installation works
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings their layouts, functions and complexities
- Endorse day to day and future compliance to safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods
- Volunteer ideas / initiatives that contribute to the service levels and delivery
- Participate in the planning for service and maintenance and set time frames for the work to be performed together with the other team and Contract Manager
- Participate in decisions and the execution of the work
- Contribute to identifying the workforce and skills required to perform the work or to take in external support
- Contribute to the development of working procedures and processes.
- Provide Technical Services support to the contract delivery
- Actively work for the development of site and delivery
RequirementsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the electrical field and a proactive and inquisitive mindset
- Knowledge of building automation systems and cooling systems is a plus
- Good knowledge in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
- ESA and AMS is advantageous
