Join IRM and lead the commissioning of some of the most advanced data center projects across the UK and Europe.Your role in our missionTake the lead on commissioning processes (L0–L6) across multiple high-value data center projects in the UK and Europe. Deliver on performance, safety, and quality—every time.Shape and implement commissioning strategies that align with IRM’s global roadmap. Develop best-in-class procedures, scripts, and testing frameworks to elevate execution standards.Manage commissioning agents and subcontractors, and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure every system is delivered with excellence and precision.Oversee MEP systems testing and integration, and lead the transition from construction to fully commissioned operations—on schedule and fully documented.Drive a culture of accountability, regulatory compliance, and post-project learning. Ensure every outcome contributes to future efficiency and innovation.Engage directly with senior stakeholders and end users.
