Le formateur technique CE (Construction Equipment) joue un rôle essentiel dans le développement des compétences des techniciens des concessionnaires CE. L’objectif principal est d’améliorer leurs compétences techniques, leurs capacités de réparation et de dépannage, afin de maximiser le temps de disponibilité des clients.
Responsabilités clés
Les responsabilités du formateur technique incluent :
- Préparation des matériaux : Élaboration des supports de formation pour les machines CE.
- Livraison des formations : Présentation des formations en anglais, tant en face-à-face qu’en ligne.
- Gestion du calendrier de formation : Organisation et suivi des sessions de formation en collaboration avec l’administrateur de formation.
- Évaluation de l’efficacité : Collecte des résultats des tests avant et après les formations ainsi que des questionnaires d’appréciation des participants.
- Innovation continue : Contribution à l’amélioration des méthodes et outils de formation.
- Soutien aux équipes : Assistance par rapport à l’équipe de support produit et aux techniciens de concessionnaires si nécessaire.
Exigences et qualifications
Éducation :
- Baccalauréat (ou équivalent) dans un domaine technique (électrique, électronique, hydraulique, mécanique).
- Une connaissance en équipements de construction et en modélisation 3D (ex. CREO) est un atout.
Langues :
- Anglais courant (écrit et parlé).
- Allemand courant est un plus.
Compétences :
- Maîtrise de la suite Office et des outils Internet.
- Capacité à établir des relations interpersonnelles dans un contexte international.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Esprit d’équipe et esprit client.
Exigences de voyage
La position nécessite des déplacements pouvant atteindre jusqu’à 50%.

Technical Training is about enhancing the CE Dealer Technicians technical skills, their repair and trouble-shooting competences, their capability to maximize customers’ Uptime.The Trainer sets presential (face-to-face) and remote (on-line virtual classroom and virtual workshop) deliveries of the technical training courses. The level of the courses can vary from basic fundamental principles (After-Treatment Solutions, general Electrics and Hydraulics fundamentals) for beginners to professional technician product courses (with focus on: engine, electric/electronics, hydraulics, After-Treatment System-ATS, connected services, etc.). He can organize master technician courses with specific deep-dive sessions for selected products and audiences.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Technical Trainer prepares the materials for the Trainings of the CE machine
- Delivers the trainings in English mother-tongue language
- Prepares in English the Training materials about the Products
- Is responsible of the Training Calendar
- Prepares the deliveries with the support of the Training Administrator of the Technical Training Centre(s) where are stored the machines available for the deliveries for both presential (Face-to-Face) and in remote on-line (virtual) modalities
- Is responsible of gathering the test-in and the test-out results of the technicians participating to the trainings, their appraisal questionnaires and assessing all the information necessary to measure the effectiveness of the training
- Needs to deliver trainings in all possible modalities: presential (Face-to-Face) at the Training Centers in EMEA Locations or at the Dealer Premises (EMEA) or in pure remote on-line (virtual) modality. The remote on-line methodology can be a Virtual Classroom or a Virtual Workshop, that requires the presence of the trainer near a machine at the Training Centre
- Contributes to the continuous innovation in training methods and tools
- Ensures quality and volumes of training activities agreed with the Training Manager
- Contributes to support Product Support team and Dealer Technicians if required.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree
- Technical studies/or equivalent (electric/electronics, hydraulic, mechanical)
- Construction Equipment and 3D software modeling (eg. CREO) background are considered a strong plus.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Fluent German
Skills
- Office package (power-point among the others) and Internet tools
- Familiar with the IT applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and create positive mind set among the trainees
