This position is aimed at a profile with 3 to 4 years of experience, with solid involvement in large-scale solar energy projects.ALTEN GroupOver the past 30 years, the ALTEN Group has become a leader in Engineering and IT services. • Location: Montijo (Hybrid) – Availability for periodic travel within Portuguese territory

Main ResponsibilitiesPurchasing Management in Projects

• Analyze and select proposals based on the best commercial and technical conditions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in responding to project needs.
• Manage supplier deliveries in alignment with project timelines.
• Handle supplier complaints, especially in managing non-conformities in deliveries.

Strategic Supplier Development

• Collaborate with suppliers in the development of optimized technical and commercial solutions, ensuring the best services for the projects.

Administrative Management

• Ensure the proper document and administrative flow of the entire purchasing process, in accordance with internal procedures and applicable standards.

Required Profile

• Higher education (preferably in Engineering, Management, or related areas);
• 3-4 years of experience in Procurement, with strong exposure to construction or energy projects (preferably above 10MW);
• Knowledge of SAP (valued);
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
