Responsabilités Clés
En tant qu’Engineering Lead, vous serez responsable de :
- Architecturer et diriger le développement du premier produit alimenté par IA, de la conception à son lancement.
- Construire et gérer une petite équipe d’ingénierie de haut niveau.
- Collaborer avec le fondateur et les équipes interfonctionnelles sur la direction du produit, l’expérience utilisateur et la stratégie de mise sur le marché.
- Prendre en charge toutes les décisions techniques, y compris l’infrastructure et l’intégration des modèles (OCR, vision par ordinateur, APIs de santé, trackers de fitness, etc.).
- Équilibrer rapidité d’exécution, qualité et évolutivité à long terme.
- Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matière de code propre, de tests et de livraison continue.
- Aider à façonner la culture de l’entreprise, l’éthique produit et le leadership futur.
Profil Idéal du Candidat
Les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :
- Diplôme en ingénierie d’une institution de premier plan avec 3 à 8 ans d’expérience en ingénierie logicielle, avec un succès avéré dans la construction d’applications d’IA.
- Une expérience préalable dans le développement de produits liés au mode de vie, à la santé ou au médical est un atout.
- Une solide expérience dans le lancement de produits numériques directement destinés aux consommateurs.
- Une connaissance pratique des produits alimentés par l’IA, notamment par la vision par ordinateur et l’OCR, est requise.
- Expérience confirmée du passage d’un produit de son stade initial à la version MVP (Minimum Viable Product) et des cycles de développement agiles.
- Capacité à concevoir avec une vision à long terme tout en ayant de solides compétences en architecture et en design des systèmes.
- Capacités d’autonomie et d’adaptabilité, avec une mentalité entrepreneuriale.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Aimer travailler dans un environnement rapide et collaborer avec des fondateurs ambitieux.

The JobWe’re hiring an Engineering Lead, a hands-on technical leader who will work directly with a marquee founder to architect and launch our 0→1 product. You’ll lay the foundation of our tech stack, ship the MVP, and build a lean, high-caliber team around you.Key responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of our first AI-enabled product from concept to launch.
- Build and manage a small, world-class engineering team.
- Collaborate with the founder and cross-functional teams on product direction, user experience, and go-to-market.
- Own all technical decisions – from infrastructure to model integration (OCR, Computer Vision, health APIs, fitness trackers, etc.)
- Balance execution speed with quality and long-term scalability
- Champion best practices in clean code, testing, and continuous delivery
- Help shape the company’s culture, product ethos, and future leadership
Ideal Candidate
- You possess a degree in Engineering from a top-tier institute and have 3-8 years of software engineering experience with proven success building AI-first applications.
- Prior experience building lifestyle, healthcare, medical, or related products would be advantageous.
- You have a solid track record of shipping Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital products at scale.
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven products, especially using Computer Vision and OCR, is required.
- You have experience taking a product from 0→1 – MVPs, pivots, sprints, and everything in between.
- You can build with the future in mind, and have strong architecture & systems design skills.
- You are resourceful, action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are an excellent communicator with solid stakeholder management abilities.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments, love working with ambitious founders, and want to shape products that matter.
