La fonction de Relationship Manager au sein de la division ~Enterprise Banking International~ se concentre sur l’expansion des relations d’affaires chinoises en ASEAN, en utilisant Singapour et Hong Kong comme pôles financiers. Ce rôle sera essentiel pour offrir des solutions aux entreprises, allant de la gestion de trésorerie à des solutions de financement variées.
Responsabilités Clés
Les principales missions incluent :
- Accompagner les entreprises chinoises dans leur expansion internationale, du processus d’intégration jusqu’à une collaboration à long terme.
- Gérer un portefeuille de relations d’entreprises, en intervenant dans divers secteurs, tels que la fabrication, le commerce de matières premières, et des technologies émergentes.
- Identifier et capitaliser sur les opportunités à travers la chaîne de valeur, en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internationaux.
- Promouvoir une gamme complète de produits financiers, y compris les marchés de capitaux et la gestion de patrimoine.
- Préparer des propositions de crédit et gérer l’ensemble du processus de financement.
- Renforcer les relations clients en répondant à leurs besoins quotidiens.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Un diplôme universitaire reconnu.
- Une connaissance des produits bancaires, notamment en gestion de trésorerie et en finance d’investissement.
- Des compétences analytiques solides et une autonomie prononcée.
- Une expérience ou une familiarité avec le marché chinois est un atout considérable.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et esprit d’équipe.

We are looking for a dynamic and culturally curious individuals to join us on our journey as we expand and deepen the inbound Chinese corporate relationships from Greater China using Singapore/Hong Kong as twin financial hubs to move into ASEAN and where OCBC have a presence and collaborating with the larger OCBC Group subsidiaries. You will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of regional cash management solutions, fulfil digitalisation needs, financing solutions including Structured Finance, Cross-border financing, Capital Markets, and manage promoters personal and private needs in collaboration with OCBC Wealth management group (including Bank of Singapore)What you do1. Work on a lifecycle approach to support Chinese Corporates expanding internationally from onboarding to becoming a banking partner in the corporates growth journey2. Build/manage a portfolio of new/existing China inbound corporate relationships to ASEAN (both borrowing and non-borrowing) ranging from manufacturing, commodities traders, logistics, F&B to new economy technology verticals such as SaaS, eGaming, fintech and medical technologies.3. Work with overseas colleagues and product partners to identify and realize opportunities across the entire value chain in Singapore, ASEAN and international markets.4. Cross-sell the full range of financial products and services, including capital markets, corporate finance and cash/wealth management products.5. Prepare credit proposals/credit reviews and manage/assist in managing the entire financing process through to legal documentation, implementation and on-going monitoring.6. Enhance customers’ relationships and service customers’ day-to-day requirements.Who you are1. Recognized University Degree acceptable to the Bank2. Preferable to have knowledge of banking products, including treasury, cash management, and investment banking.3. Independent and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills.4. Strong data analytical skills, specialist industry knowledge are valued5. Bilingual and bi-cultural candidates with familiarity of the Chinese markets will be an added advantage6.
