Responsabilités

En tant que conseiller technique, vous serez intégré à une équipe virtuelle internationale, traitant une variété de systèmes d’exploitation et d’architectures. Vos principales missions incluront :

  • Résolution de problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques en utilisant vos compétences analytiques, votre expertise technique, et la collaboration avec les équipes fonctionnelles.
  • Support client : Fournir une assistance de qualité via différents canaux (email, téléphone, web) aux plus grandes entreprises du monde.
  • Documentation : Contribuer à la base de connaissance afin d’aider les clients à résoudre eux-mêmes leurs problèmes futurs.
  • Partage de connaissances : Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie afin d’améliorer la qualité des produits offerts.

Qualifications

Le candidat idéal devra posséder les compétences suivantes :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en support technique à un niveau d’entreprise, incluant la gestion d’Active Directory et la configuration des réseaux.
  • Compétences en rédaction technique et communication, tant verbale qu’écrite.
  • Technologies requises : Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server, avec des connaissances en PowerShell étant un atout.

Technologies Desirables

Bien que non obligatoires, les compétences suivantes sont souhaitables :

  • Expérience avec des langages de programmation orientés objet comme VB .NET.
  • Connaissance des outils de débogage et des processus de gestion des changements.
  • Familiarité avec Kubernetes et d’autres technologies de virtualisation.

You will work directly with our customers as well as independently to test and debug customer issues in lab environments. You will gain exposure to on-premises, cloud-based, and software-as-a-service enterprise environments, incorporating a broad range of operating systems, protocols, and architectures. -By documenting your solutions, you will help our customers and your colleagues solve issues independently through our Knowledgebase.
-By sharing your knowledge, observations, and findings, you will help our engineering teams improve overall product quality, functionality, and reliability. Qualifications:The successful candidate will bring to the role prior technical support experience at an enterprise level including development or system administration and technical writing skills. Your interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills are excellent. Your experience gives you the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide resolutions in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
