Mission du Poste
Titre du poste: Entrepreneur in Residence (Erasmus+)
L’Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) jouera un rôle clé dans la direction stratégique de l’entreprise. Ce poste est conçu pour ceux qui souhaitent s’engager dans une aventure entrepreneuriale en contribuant à la croissance de Metarina.
Tâches Principales
Responsabilités clés incluent :
- Collaborer avec le CEO et l’équipe de direction pour développer des initiatives stratégiques.
- Gérer des projets critiques, assurer leur achèvement dans les délais et avec succès, en utilisant Notion.
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Faciliter les campagnes de vente et gérer les relations clients.
- Participer activement au succès de l’entreprise lors des levées de fonds.
Exigences du Poste
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Passion pour la technologie et l’entrepreneuriat.
- Expérience solide en gestion de projets et en stratégie d’entreprise.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes avec rapidité et efficacité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec un axe client marqué.
- Proactivité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement à fort rythme.
- Compétences organisationnelles solides et maîtrise de Notion.
- Anglais courant, des langues supplémentaires comme l’espagnol, l’italien ou l’allemand sont un atout.

📝 Description du poste : Our goal is to empower customer-centric marina teams with a next-generation occupancy planning, booking, billing and analytics solution to grow the marina business and become highly efficient. This marina SaaS is the foundation for Metarina to equip boaters with a berth booking tool that ensures safe and reliable planning when sailing from marina to marina.We are just at the beginning of our journey to reinvent a traditional sector. You will have the opportunity to apply your business acumen, project management skills, and passion for technology and entrepreneurship to make a significant impact on our organisation.
- Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our company’s vision and goals
- Manage and drive forward critical projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes using Notion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g. fundraising with investors)
- Manage clients and facilitate sales campaigns and/or facilitate product management.
- Actively contribute to the overall performance and success of the company during fundraising.
Requirements
- Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and driving innovation
- Strong background in business, with a focus on project management, strategy, and execution
- Proven track record of handling complex issues with speed, accuracy, and sound business judgment
- Solid understanding of corporate and commercial thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational project management skills (with Notion)
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results as an all-rounder.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (Spanish, Italian or German is a plus)
- Adobe Illustrator & Figma (optional)
