Responsabilités de Poste
Le rôle de Environment and Sustainability Reporting Manager au sein de la Civil Works Alliance (CWA) implique des missions clés :

Mise en œuvre d’une stratégie ESG : Développer et superviser une stratégie de conformité aux normes environnementales, sociales et de gouvernance (ESG), en veillant à l’alignement des objectifs stratégiques et techniques.

Audit et amélioration continue : Réaliser des audits internes pour favoriser l’amélioration continue et élaborer un système de gestion ESG conforme aux normes ISO pertinentes (14001, 50001, 20400).

Communication et collaboration : Assurer une liaison efficace avec les équipes CWA, les clients et les parties prenantes tout en favorisant le transfert de connaissances et la mise en place d’initiatives ESG.
- Culture organisationnelle : Contribuer au développement d’une culture ESG au sein de l’organisation, en soutenant les initiatives et en proposant des mécanismes de reconnaissance pour encourager l’engagement des acteurs du projet.
Profil Recherché
Pour candidater, les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :

Expérience pertinente : Connaissance établie du secteur Civils/Utilities dans un rôle lié à l’ESG ou à la conformité environnementale.

Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils MS Office et expérience dans l’implémentation de la norme ISO 14001.
- Qualités personnelles : Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à travailler en équipe, et aptitude à influencer positivement les initiatives ESG.

📝 Description du poste : About the roleBe part of this ‘once in a generation’ project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low-carbon electricity.The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke.We are more than just an alliance, we are bringing together a single delivery organisation with years of learning and experience from other major complex infrastructure programmes worldwide.What you’ll be doingThe purpose of the role is: To support the implementation a fit for purpose, ESG compliance and auditing strategy for the Civils Works Alliance (CWA). This will require supporting the alignment of strategic and technical goals through the development and direction of ESG within the project.The role will be part of the CWA ESG team and will require input and review of strategic deliverables as well as advice and counsel at meetings and forums on ESG compliance. The role will support the CWA to meet legal and company standards, as well as contractual and regulatory requirements helping deliver a culture of continual improvement. The role will primarily liaise with the CWA ESG team and client representatives as required.
- Assist in implementing a fit-for-purpose ESG Compliance Strategy for the CWA.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and DCO requirements.
- Help develop and maintain an ESG management system aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 20400, and ensure continual improvement.
- Conduct internal audits to drive ongoing improvement throughout the project.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned from other projects.
- Contribute to creating a recognition and incentive scheme to boost ESG engagement, including within the supply chain.
- Support client-led ESG initiatives, case studies, and trials.
- Help deliver and report on ESG KPIs and performance incentives.
- Support the development of ESG culture and organizational capability within CWA.
- Lead on specific ESG commitments and initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and addressing ESG risks with clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Provide technical input and review of internal ESG reports.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across the programme.
- Ensure project teams meet compliance and business system requirements.
- Ensure lessons from incidents and audits are communicated and implemented.
- Collaborate with the ESG Leadership Team to create and deliver a training and competence plan for all CWA staff and supply chain partners.
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in the Civils/Utilities industry in an ESG or Environmental / Sustainability compliance role
- Proven experience of working well within a team environment
- MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point to a high standard
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to operate in a range of environments
- Able to demonstrate the ability to positively influence ESG within organisations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in Implementing ISO 14001
- Strong working knowledge of the construction sector
